The Simplex 4098-9789 is a TrueAlarm analog non-addressable sensor base with LED output connections, designed for Life Alarm (Simplex) photoelectric and heat sensors in 4090/4098 series fire alarm systems.
It features integral electronics that digitize sensor data every 4 seconds for transmission to the control panel, supporting remote LED indicators (2098-9808) or unsupervised relays (4098-9822) requiring separate 24 VDC power.
